Strangeview 3: Curious

Tycho was born first thing, as always.

I originally was going to see if there were any other possibilities than Nervous moving in and coupling up with Pascal, since I feel like I've played that a billion times, but they just get along too well!

Lazlo wasn't included in the portraits above because he quickly got married to Crystal and moved out. I'll talk more about them in the next post. I threw them a wedding party, but I also kept it sort of sloppy, since I think Lazlo and Crystal would care a bit more about having a good time than paying a bunch of money for a nicer-looking wedding.

Before Lazlo got married, though, Crystal and Vidcund secretly woohoo'd. Nothing else came of it, but Pascal knows, and doesn't want to say anything.

Pascal tried to get Tycho to learn all of his toddler skills, but didn't make it in time. But once Nervous moved in, the two of them had a baby (Ada), so they'll try their best with her. I figured that male sims who had already had an alien baby would also be able to have a human baby.

Pascal asked Nervous to move in before the two even considered marrying. He just wanted Nervous out of the situation at the Beakers' place. Nervous and Tycho don't get along super well, especially since they're both very grouchy sims, but Nervous is at least trying to put in an effort--he taught Tycho how to do his homework. I tried to get a nice picture of it but the door refused to cooperate, unfortunately.

Nervous also proposed to Pascal! Of course he said yes. (It's so funny that the heights randomized this way. When Nervous is kneeling, he's about as tall as Pascal)

Finally, it looks like Tycho is making a friends with Lucy Burb from Pleasantview! I've never played these two hoods together, so it'll be really cool to see how relationships form between them.
